Dave Fuge comes onboard the project as personal trainer

I initially decided to help Henry out as I love a challenge! As a keen sports fan and competitor myself I know what it's like to push your body to the limit to get what you want out of your given sport.
So I decided to help and coach Henry for his trip to make sure that his body can keep up with the physical demands when in sleep deprivation, and on the verge of exhaustion. I hope to provide him with as much knowledge as I can, such as the importance of the right food going to the body to keep that engine burning fuel in the right way and keep his energy levels sky high for concentrating on his trip.
I will also be working with Henry to get a stronger core as well as overall muscular endurance and strength. We will also be looking at ways for him to maintain his cardiovascular fitness which will be most important when he comes to climb the three peaks towards the end of his voyage.
